- We will deliver your order within 4 working days after you submit it.
- We currently provide home delivery service to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories and some Islands District: Tung Chung, Ma Wan and Chek Lap Kok (HK$20 extra per order).
- The following areas are beyond our service scope and are not available for delivery:
- Kowloon: Kwun Yin Shan (Sha Tin Pass Road towards Kwun Yin Temple), Lei Yue Mun Praya Road
- New Territories: North District (Luo Wu, Sha Tau Road, Man Kam To, Ta Kwu Ling, Hok Tau and Luk Keng), Yuen Long District (Mai Po), Tai Po District (Lian O and Shuen Wan), Sai Kung District (Pak Tam Chung, Hoi Ha Wan, Budai O, Yung Shue Wan and Temple) and Sha Tin District (Sheung Wo Che, Ha Wo Che and Fa Sam Hang)

- The goods delivered by Frozen Food Delivery cannot be combined with goods delivered by Stores or Merchant delivery to calculate delivery fees.
- Frozen Food Delivery: independent purchases of $500.00 or above will enjoy free delivery service to designated location, otherwise a delivery fee of $70.00 - $110.00 will be charged (depends on location).
- Merchant Delivery: independent purchases of $600.00 or above will enjoy free delivery service to designated location, otherwise a delivery fee of $70.00 - $110.00 will be charged (depends on location).
- Store Delivery: independent purchases of $300.00 or above will enjoy free delivery service to designated location, otherwise a delivery fee of $70.00 - $110.00 will be charged (depends on location).
- Each order includes 2 trial deliveries. If there is no one at the door on that day, we will arrange a return delivery and redelivery the next day. If same day redelivery is required, a surcharge will be applied. If the order cannot be delivered after 2 attempts, the goods may be returned or re-delivered. If you cannot pick up your order due to special reasons, please contact our Customer Service Department at (852) 2408 0036 or WhatsApp (852) 6706 3473 (for general and delivery enquiries).
- If the delivery address is a tenement building or a delivery address that is not directly accessible by lift service, we will arrange ground floor delivery; if the delivery address is a village or village house address, we will arrange village entrance or designated place for delivery. If the lift of the building is not operating properly at the time of delivery, we will arrange another delivery time.
- Our door-to-door delivery service does not include moving the goods to the house. Therefore, we will not be liable for any loss or damage caused to the contents of the house during the delivery.
- Delivery service will be postponed when the gale signal is hoisted, red or black rainstorm warning is in effect, and if the courier company determines that it is unsafe to make the delivery. We will contact you to change the delivery date.
- If you are unable to change the delivery address of your confirmed order on our website system, please contact our Customer Service Department at (852) 2408 0036 or WhatsApp (852) 6706 3473 (for general and delivery enquiries) or email info@airmall2home.com for any changes.
- The Company reserves the right to amend the above terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In case of any dispute, the decision of the Company shall be final.
- We accept VISA, MasterCard, Pay Pal, Alipay Hong Kong and WeChat payment and all orders will be settled in HKD.
Return Information
Change / Cancellation of order or goods
As the order will enter the automated logistics process after confirmation, the system will send the order information to the logistics company for stock preparation and shipment, if any temporary changes are made in the confirmed order, it may cause discrepancies in the logistics records and affect the delivery arrangement. Therefore, please understand that we are unable to cancel or change any of the items in the confirmed order.

To make your shopping experience a pleasant and smooth one, we recommend you to add your favorite items to your shopping cart or favorite list and confirm your order details (including quantity, style, special price, etc.) before you pay.
Report a product problem
If you find any damage or error on the goods upon receipt, please report the condition of the goods with photos and contact our customer service department by phone (852) 2408 0036 or WhatsApp (852) 6706 3473 or email to info@airmall2home.com within 7 days after receiving the goods and We will send you an email or message to follow up on the case, and we will notify you of the result via message or email within 2-3 days after we have completed our review. If you need to return or exchange an item, please keep the receipt or delivery note and the original item in its original packaging, and make sure the item is complete and unused.
