Compliance with laws

AIR TO HOME SUPPLY GROUP LIMITED is a company incorporated under the laws of Hong Kong. We operate in Hong Kong and comply with all the laws and regulations of Hong Kong. All our products are in compliance with all the requirements and specifications under the laws of Hong Kong. We are not in a position to guarantee compliance with specific local requirements or specifications under the local jurisdictions of customers. We recommend delivery services for shipping of the products you ordered. However, should you prefer other delivery services, you may contact us or make your own arrangement. Our products and shipment fees are denominated in HK dollars with local currencies equivalent for reference. All orders placed are transacted in HK dollars.

Use of Delivery services

We recommend delivery services for shipping of the products you ordered. Your rights regarding the delivery of the products shall be governed by the terms and conditions of such a forwarder, which will be available for perusal upon request.. We will not be responsible for any act or failure to act on the part of such a forwarder. We disclaim any liability whatsoever and you assume all risks and liabilities associated with its use.

However, you are free to choose other delivery services or use whichever forwarder for the delivery. Free shipping

In case you choose to use the forwarder that we recommended and your order reaches a particular Net Order Amount as specified in our FAQ, we will pay the shipping fee to the forwarder on your behalf. Your order will be shipped by the shipping method specified for free.

Products, Documents and Fees to Import

All title and risk of loss and damage of products will be passed to customer when order is dispatched by airmall2home.com. airmall2home.com will deliver the products according to customer’s instructions. For the delivery to the countries or cities outside Hong Kong, you may be required to pay customs and duties, or to obtain certain license or apply for registration of your purchased products according to the regulations or requirements of the delivery destination or stopover or transfer point. If the product package is under any circumstances be rejected and returned to airmall2home.com, the title of the products will be transferred to airmall2home.com, and you will be responsible for the return shipping charges and a re-stocking fee of 10% of the total product purchase price.

Governing Law

The content of this site (including Privacy policy & terms and conditions) is written in both English and Chinese. In case of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese version, the English version shall prevail.

Under the law of Hong Kong, intoxicating liquor must not be sold or supplied to a minor in the course of business.
